Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)

We are committed to EDI. This project, co-created with the Indigenous Community, is centred on amplifying and centring the voices, lived experience and perspectives of Indigenous Communities and People of Colour. This includes training of team members in the application of the First Nations Principles of Ownership, Control, Accessibility, Protection, among other actions being taken at the direction and guidance of our Executive Team members who identify as members of these communities.
